Why they joined ALPs: “It was recommended to me by someone who was in it several years ago. We both work(ed) at the same summer camp, although at different times, and he said it really suits camp people. I looked into it more and decided that ALPs seemed like a fun and welcoming community with exciting opportunities and chances to practice my leadership skills.”
