In 2011, ALPs teamed up with the Madison Metropolitan School District to rent out their Kennedy Elementary School’s High Ropes Course. A high ropes course is a unique day outdoors to face challenge, explore group dynamics, explore group dynamics, and have a lot of fun doing so.
The high ropes course consists of two parts, a low ropes section and a high ropes section. By having each of these sections, our trained facilitators will tailor a unique build-up of challenges for the group as well as individual on and off the group. These challenges will foster both personal and group growth.
High Elements include:
- Two Line Bridge
- Climbing Wall
- Vertical Playpen
- Giant’s Ladder
- Giant’s Swing
- Flying Squirrel
- And much, much more…
Please remember that this is an active environment that is outdoors and the group should dress to meet the needs of the weather and active participation. Must wear close toed shoes to participate.
